If you are free to play it's important that you only work on one project at a time.
Don't put gear on any old hero as soon as you see a green cross there.
Work on one team at a time. So if your project is 7 Star Thrawn, you work on Phoenix until you get Thrawn done.
Only start levelling up, gearing and giving ability mats to heroes when you are working on the whole team, five heroes at a time.
Same with zetas, don't give out random zetas. Make sure you place them on heroes as a team because many teams don't work unless you've got zetas on all the core heroes eg Padme
