Gosh I loved that show.
A month ago I passed by my students in the hall and told them they should watch old YouTube clips from it for some kicks.

Based upon what I had initially read I was thinking it might be an upcoming raidboss. They call them non-player characters (NPCs). Rancor for instance. Fish Jedi in Padme event. There are probably a few more I am not thinking of. So yes, non-obtainable toons are in this game.
