Speed Issue: Negociator
Can someone explain me why my opponent NEGOCIATOR is faster than mine, when my GK has a better galatic power (32335 vs 32331)?

- Your missing a 6* mod. Your GK GP doesn't determine how good your negotiator. It is based on the types of upgrades GK has. Skill, Gear levels, Relics, and mod level. You would be the same if you change your 5* mod to 6*.
