Speed, TM, and Turn Order at the Beginning of Battle

So as I'm facing faster and faster Revans (seeing +150 and +160 at the top of my shard now, lol) I'm trying to figure out what Revan's effective speed will be at the start of battle. I know he gets b...

So you're saying after he gives it out, the game sees that he used a special so it gives it to him a second time?
