Thanks! I was thinking that b/c that speed boost (whilst only a flat skill) means you go first against all but Han Solo teams which means you can really set the pace of the encounter from there on in. Thrawn seems great for longer arena matches tho where his lead and protection bonus seems to shine.
You wont place higher with Tarkin in arena. Thrawn is better leader and going first is not important for Empire. No matter what You wont go first against Rey teams and against CLS teams Tarkin lead is not so good. If Tarkin would be good than Krenic would be great against CLS but he is not. Just play Tarkin as a leader and You will see.
