Going forward, you’ll also see them in more traditional farmable locations. "So she is stating that they where moved to shipments and going forward they will be more "Traditional Farmable" So when will they be traditionally farmable.

The first day I got into arena I saw the space witches and was instantly turned down. It's a pure p2p team and thry will keep it that way for some time. They are still fresh, they are still good. Most important to me, they are beatable. By a variety of teams in fact.In short, the traditional farming location is the shard shop. Expect them on nodes when we get a level increase. Same for wicket.

If you have no information, or can't share the information, you should still consider the follow-up commitment you made and post something, even if it is a non-answer. Keeping to promised follow-ups is a key tenet of customer service. There are reasonable people that understand sometimes you can't say anything of substance, but say something.

They didn't even say it would happen soon. They just meant those characters will eventually make it to more traditional farmable locations. We may very well talk about months here and their claim would still stand.

I'd give it another week and a half, till the next update, before I start to wonder. 5 weeks isn't that crazy. I am excited to farm Talzin and Wicket tho

Because 2.5 years to 7* a single character isn't reasonable. By the time anyone gets them to 7* without dropping a ton of money on them they're irrelevant. That's why there was such a backlash. However, I think they should gone the General Grevious route, only they wouldn't be such a disappointment.
