participation must be active, members joining need to attack both front walls in about four hours or your EST members start going to bed, putting kids in bed, etc…
defenses - sectors should be the same squad as much as possible.
Mods. Players with no mods, green or blue mods need to focus some farming on up grade mats. It also requires players to make sure the best type of mods are on that toon for that squad. SWGOH.gg has a great resource showing what sets of mods and primary options are best.
Omnicrons. If you want to be a TW squad then everyone needs to spend the materials it helps to have a guild list of top needs so players don’t need to wonder which toon needs to be done first.
Data crons. They make a difference and elevate weak squads to be able to take on higher level squads for a few months having a list of which ones to re-roll for and what lvl6 and lvl3 options are best helps YouTube and discord have plenty of talented players that will give sound advice
