There's definitely something to be said for a stun team being effective.
Personally, I don't think Tusken Raider would be that effective. I'd go with Aayla or Royal Guard or R2 with that comp. He does remove tm and has an assist and boosted damage based on Tuskens, but not really any arena worthy gimmicks.
