That's what Hyena is for. Hyena taunts when Vulture gets below half hp or is target locked.
Also, if a decent Fives is in their opening trio there is a good chance he'll hit Vulturw first. That will push Vulture ahead of Anakin, letting you hit Ani with buzz droids and letting Ani kill himself pretty easily.
