Both of those zetas are bad. Tarkin's was mildly useful when his capital ship was meta, if you're competing for top end of fleet arena and needed as much speed as possible, but is entirely useless now. Neither of Farmboy's were ever good and neither should ever be applied.

Since you mentioned Empire, consider giving Palp a zeta before anyone you mentioned. zTarkin isn't needed for R2 event and zFarmboy isn't needed for CLS event.

OP, dude, my EP team has 1 zeta and 0 g12 toons. All characters are over 200 speed though, and in TW I very rarely lose to other G12 multi-zeta Empire teams I take on. Much of being good at this game is knowing how to use high synergy teams with the least amount of resources in them.

@Jabu_1986 if you put that zeta on EP leadership you will not regret it. Just remember you want Vader and EP potency at 100 each and speed 200 each. Do that and you will autoplay most of your grand arena battles with them. Also, you need that squad any way to counter many teams. It counters Geos, NS, Rebels, Phoenix... and only requires 1 zeta..

There are lots of guides on which zetas are good. A cursory googling will tell you that Farmboy and Tarkin's zetas are really bad.

The best Empire zeta is probably Palpatine's lead.
