Why can’t I kill Kylo?
What am I doing wrong here?

I used Zam and Greedo to stack 4 thermal detonators on Kylo and when I used detonating shot his health bar didn’t even move. How is that possible? It says the the detonation is immediate damage and so the health back should be capped at 8-10%.
