Go on...- Hit another ship, force the HT to gain TM, he will taunt and lose his tenacity bonus and then you can land breach on him much easier.
Also sometimes you may NOT want to taunt and use his basic instead. If your other ships are stealthed it doesnt matter. And then you have a better chance to resist breach.
