Depends ... in Offense, i guess QGJ can win ... Vader will have a major Speed buff, but his AoE will hit foresight only, a fast Yoda will add Tenacity + Foresight again, with Tenacity EPs team wont land lots debuffs = not much TM for them ... now add a faster, harder hitting jedi like Ezra and they could do it.
EDIT: However in defense they will lose, bc human (usually) acts smarter than AI. ;)
