zQGJ lead is just outdated. With all the counter attacks, assist attacks, swarm attacks, and can't be avoided things in game now, his foresight just isn't as awesome as it used to be. His speed to attack didn't scale at all with G12 as every % based attack bonus leadership did. 30 speed used to be more special, but now we have a lot more leaders that give some for of TM manipulation or 30 speed, so its not that huge of a bonus anymore. QGJ himself is squishy and not all that useful anymore either.
Jedi as a whole are a pretty outdated faction right now. Most of the individual characters are simply weaker and have less powerful/useful skills than newer or more recently reworked characters, and as a faction, other factions tend to have better leaders and more faction synergy. Maybe later in the year we'll have a Jedi month like we're having a Sith month now where we get a few reworks, new zetas, and new characters.
