I never said he wasn't a rebel at one time... If he is resistance then he is no longer a rebel. Nor is he still Galactic Republic. The rebellion ended 20+ years previous. It is not ongoing. It ENDED. As did the Republic BEFORE the Empire. At the END of Episode III. Therefore he shouldn't be still tagged as such. Unless they are doing the "once a faction, always a faction" which is a huge can of worms. It makes much more sense for Ahsoka TF to be tagged Jedi as she was one.

Not to mention he was on low power mode the while the resistance was formed and fighting the FO... Wouldn't really consider him resistance either... All he did was provide coordinates at the very end... You have watched the movies right?

I'd say it's more accurate to say that it's silly he has the resistance tag, not silly that he has the rebel tag. Are we to take away

As far as I remember the movies, they THOUGHT Anakin was the chosen one. But in the end, he trashed the whole balance, and then Luke "set it right", thus being the chosen one all along.

As I remembet it, Anakin is the chosen one all along. However, for some time Kenobi doubts and thinks he was wrong to believe Anakin to be the chosen one. Without Anakin (and his love for Padme and fear for loosing her) there would be no Luke/Leia. Anakin is the source.

I always just thought that Anakin's destiny was to bring balance to the force which he did by equalizing the number of jedi and sith.

Silly jedi thinking that defeating the Sith would bring balance to the force. There is no light w/out dark, no good w/out evil. By killing jedi en masse as Vader, he did fulfill the prophecy. Misinterpreted the prophecy was.
