On my 4 accounts, I only started to farm phoenix on my lowest level. For the others I didnt want to get distracted by a team that i will never use, even if it is for the best offensive character. And yes i will farm them one day and hate every second of it. But on my lowest account I have been farming empire and then i realized how beneficial this squad will be for me. They will help me get two legendary empire characters!! And will give a rebel squad for different facets of the game. And they are pretty easy to farm.
Why do you prefer ps instead of rebels?
I dont. Rebels are way better. But Im free f2p (mostly) and on that accoun, running empire, I dont want to invest in rebels. I want to stay focused on empire and scoundrels. So the phoenix squad is really convenient.
And for any new player, its a way to go. It might not be the best way, but its viable and a solid choice as a beginner. i would still recommend people farm, lando/boba/biggs/STH at their respective tables, but if someone decided to go for phoenix so they can easily get two legendary characters and help them get the other two, I cant fault them
