I would agree. I have an alt account that is fairly new and ps made sense to go after. 2 legendary teams in one and 2/5 of a yoda team. FYI kanan is fantastic vs yoda, taunt plus counter attacks keeps foresight off today so you can actually hit him. I wouldn't say they are only a suicide squad in GW. I have been using them on my main account in GW (December 2015) and they will beat high node team that have several gear level and star level advantage. I have a feeling pheonix squad will be very good in many pve scenarios. So far I am quite happy with my investment, and maybe they will drop off end game, but many toons do that already so I don't consider that a strong argument against them.
