Its still bugged i always let my guild finish the first 2 phases and right before phase 3 is finished. i finished phase 3 so in phase 4 i get the extra tm. I was getting 40% tmr regularly. But i also didnt know it was a bug until 2 weeks ago when i started in p4 and could solo it and i was informed then of the extra turn meter reduction. But it was still working today no problem
