After i completed the final battle to take my endurance to 7 star not only did it lock my endurance event but also my executrix event which i still have at 6 star and don't have enough shards to upgrade it didn't lock the home one which i also don't have at 7 star.
I tried refreshing the PC client it has stayed the same
The Executrix event is bugged. There's a post saying the devs have acknowledged and are investigating it. The Endurance thing (along with Home One, Finalizer, Raddus) is intended, it's in the last update. Anyone who has the Capital ship at 7 stars or at least has enough shards to get it to 7 stars no longer has access to the event (or bonus tier if it's Rad and Fin). Frustrating, yes. Bugged, no. Once it's fixed, Executrix will be the same way. How long it will take for them to fix it, that's a different story.
thanks i didn't see the devs post i knew that endurance was supposed be locked just was confused about the executrix
