Ability Ascension Pack II - after Purchase Free items not claimable

Hey, I bought the first step of the ability ascension pack yesterday, then my game crashed and now I‘m not able to claim the next free steps (image attached)  I got what I payed for but not the next free steps. Can someone help me what I have to do to get them? Thanks in advance 

And yes, I rebooted the game already.
