Account Stolen

What type of issue do you have? Other
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug October 1st around 5pm local time for me i logged onto the game unsuccessfully for shop reset and guild stuff but it was showing that i needed to complete the tutorial. After completing it i used the cog wheel to contact EA support and over the last 7 days have been talking with them with no success.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have seen alot of accounts have faced similar issues, was un-linked from my google play account and have been no progress made in recovering it. But after reading through the forum and talking with members of my guild, CG devs have dealt with this sort of thing before so here i am.

Depsite my efforts over this last week talking with EA support to recover my account no progress has been made.
My email shows no sign's of login attempts and have changed the password as a precaution.
The account has not been logged into since it was hijacked and the name changed. Still remains in the same guild..

    Your account probably wasn't hijacked, you just got logged out. If your game still isn't goving you the option to sign in with Google after restarting the app, clearing your cache, etc., you can try launching it directly from within Google Play and see if that will give you the prompt.

  • I can sign in and am logged in presently, though my swgoh account is no longer attached to that login.
