Account was deleted somehow

One day I wasn't able to access my in-game account.
After launching game - it acted like a "fresh" installation.
My ally code - 863545357
After a few weeks of mailing with support and the same questions again and again -  I was finally told: "your account has been deleted under Right To Be Forgotten and in under this we delete everything related to any account so that would be the reason why we can not restore the account."
They can't even explain what does "Right To Be Forgotten" mean and they refuse to bring me back my account. 
Can anyone help me or at least explain how exactly my account was deleted and why I haven't received any confirmation request before deletion ?
