Summarize your bug In Return of the Jedi - Speeder Bike Pursuit Raid, Ackbar's Leader ability Rebel Coordination does not function. When the Abilities Evasive Maneuvering or Hasty Repairs, which are not attacks and reduce no enemy stacks, are used, a random Rebel ally does not assist.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to battle in the Speeder Raid with Ackbar as the leader, and use Hasty Repairs. Observe how no random Rebel ally will assist.

@Mox4 As per the Raid announcement, you cannot have any revives, assists or bonus moves. This is working as designed.
However, hopefully when the team see this they can get some text added to the game stating this is the case, perhaps in the "Statistical Rework section" to prevent further confusion. I don't think it is currently written anywhere in the raid details.
