Apology crystal don't match loss because of bug

Hi,

Received my apology crystals from you for the bug you had earlier which prevented me competing in arena, however, these don't even match the number of crystals I missed out on.  On top of this the same reward being given to people who weren't prevented from competing in their respective arenas as the bug did not happen at their payout times mean I am also down in comparison to them both the 250 apology crystals and the further 100 I never got because I wasn't able to battle for my normal place in arena.  Seems pretty unfair to me.

    I agree, the 250 was a nice gesture on the whole for the disruption EVERYONE encountered but there should be further compensation imo to the players prevented from climbing in squad/arena fleet/arena, all too often in the past these outages have effected eu/UK players more often than not, it's a sucker punch when you lose out and the rest of the community appear to benefit when the outage doesn't impact them in the same way. 

    Surely they are able to see which players had arena payouts at that time and provide additional compo.

    Even worse then, because of your schedule we are still out on the rewards we would have received and were unfairly disadvantaged against other players during whose payout you didn't chose to schedule down time.  Further more, the game just crashed on me again when I was about to finish my final fleet match costing me a further 50 crystals, this is very annoying when they have "real money" value
