Attacks against damage immunity count as non-attacks under Ackbar lead

Summarize your bug See the attached video where my Admiral Ackbar and Princess Leia Omicron team is attacking a Jango with damage immunity. Ackbar omicron says that "Whenever an ally uses an ability that isn't an attack...the 2 other weakest allies are called to assist." However, in the video, you can see that even basic attacks are calling tons of assists. I assume this is happening because the attacks are not dealing damage and thus being considered as a non attack after damage is calculated. I believe this to be a bug. Damage immunity should not change the "attack" or "non-attack" status of an ability.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Use Ackbar lead against a Jango or Droideka with damage immunity
