Bad Batch LSB purchased but not received

I bought the Bad Batch LSB but I never received it. Instead, when I entered the game, I found an error message with 4.000 crystals.
If still possible I’d like to receive my bundle. But if that’s not possible a refund would be needed as I’m not received what I paid for.

I attach both the error and my rooster without the characters. I also have an image with the purchase confirmation that I can attach if requested.
