Banned for no reason and no response

Good day CG, banned for no reason when was wave of bans ally code 518-282-116, this is my guild mate, i will answer question, why i`m writting for him, because CG do not response to him, not on forum, not on support lane... is it hard to answer? too much time spended on game also real money too...
