  • Boba can only ignore Taunt while BH Resolve buff is on him. If he has died once and lost the buff, he can no longer ignore Taunt.

Darth Nihilus Annihilate prevents revive, and Boba Ability does not circumvent that. Can’t be dispelled or prevented only refers to the BH Resolve buff, and does not mean that the revive cannot be prevented.

    1. Obviously you didn't read the above post.
    2. The instances of Boba Fett failing to ignore Taunt are while BHR is active. Which is readily noticeable due to the icon above his head. (Dumbass)
    3. BHR guarantees revive as long as it is active.
    4. BHR as it describes itself, cannot be dispelled or prevented.

In closing, whoever you are, don't respond to legitimate posts, because you are obviously less intelligent than you apparently believe.

If you actually read the wording in the abilities text. It is referring to the fact that bounty hunters resolve can't be dispelled or prevented. Says nothing about the revive affect. Which Devs have stated since nihilus release he (Boba) can't be revived. It's the same reason why he doesn't revive when Rancor Eats him.

BHR cannot be prevented or dispelled. The revive is intrinsic to BHR therefore, the way it is worded, the revive, which is intrinsic to the function of the ability, cannot be dispelled or prevented. You are as ignorant as the other poster.

I posted this to bring this bug to the attention of the developers, not so the peanut gallery could babble inanely. Please shut up so the developers can address the issue. If I wanted to have a conversation with someone poorly educated, I would strike one up with a grade-schooler, at least that age group would have a valid reason for their ignorance.

You only show your ignorance by the fact that it has been addressed by Devs ages ago and it was intentionally setup that way. You just can't grasp that reality so you choose to belittle and degrade other people whom have probably been playing longer and are far more knowledgeable about the game than you, and only wish to offer some help to your request. But that's your call. I guarantee that the way BHR works against Nihilus and Rancor, or even Death Trooper when he deathmarks Boba is the way it is supposed to. Choose to say otherwise but it is what it is.

If that is indeed the case, the developers should reword the ability description as it doesn't offer qualifiers, it says plainly, cannot be dispelled or prevented, no qualifiers. Irregardless, you and "Devs" can offer your opinions all you like, but it doesn't resolve anything. And neither of your addressed the other issue, of the ability not functioning as written. BHR is written to make Boba Fett immune to Taunt. No qualifiers.

My irritation is not with either of you, and you've a point that I shouldn't take my frustration out on either of you. I really want an answer from a developer, EA was less than helpful.

At this point, given these, and the other game play issues this game has, I am to the point I am considering just deleting it. I figured I would try this last thing, so the 14 months I have been playing this game and the money I have spent on packages wouldn't feel like such a waste.

As to your other point on BHR, there are some toons whose Taunt also states they can't be ignored so there for it would negate BHR ignoring it depending on the RNG rolled during that turn. I too have experienced that not only with Boba but with Commander Luke aswell. RNG is the true decider on how the turn is played out. Ive had matches where Raid Hans Shoots first ability is done second to strangely a really fast opponents toon. They get their turn off first do to RNG.

  • 1) I obviously read your post. And replied to my great regret.

    2) You have provided no Screenshot or Video, how would I know if your Boba had lost his buff at that point in time? I can only offer what is the most plausible explanation and see if that was the cause.

    3) BHR only grants revives unless there is an effect preventing it i.e. Annihilate. The effect you are looking for is only on Nightsister Zombie which specifically states:This revive cannot be prevented.

    4) The wording is very clear, only buffs can be either Dispelled/Prevented. How do you DISPEL THE REVIVE EFFECT???

Many ability descriptions are not sufficiently clear and/or inconsistent with other characters ability descriptions. I used to take out Boba with Deathtrrooper. Deathmark description says "cant be revived". During the past couple of months both happened: Boba revived (himself) and did not come back. I submitted a bug and asked for clarification but there was no answer. Another bug related to Deathmark was probably solved but in this case CG did not comment on the intended behaviour as well.

To OP: people here are trying to help, please keep calm and do not insult other people.
