Bonus Calendar selection process gives no warning

The existing information says that you can only have 1 of them active AT THE SAME TIME, however there are several issues with this:

a) you can only see it if you scroll down so, many people only realise it when they go for the 2nd free calendar and saw that message about discarding the previous one.

b) it is not clear if it is possible to run one of the calendars for X time and then switch to the other. This issue is even more relevant if we verify that their duration/validity is greater than 31 days (more specifically, 45), which makes it possible to collect 15 days from one calendar and then 30 days from the other (this is what I'm understanding from it).

c) if the intended idea was to force people to choose between the 2 bonus calendars and discard the other, then that should be done in a total different way (one pack on the store with a selection inside it). 

I also appreciate that devs clarify all this cause the current status can lead people to several kind of mistakes.

I am also having this issue. I grabbed everything free in the store, went to collect my calendars, and then had to go to the forums to figure out where the calendar 1 went. Really needed those shards rather than the gear. Ally code 129-173-297

This is NOT feedback!  Several players had issues with claiming the correct calendar. Can you reset the choices so we can all try again.

I had the same issue this morning. I was able to select both calendars without a warning popping up, and ended up with the wrong calendar; I need the tie-bomber shards. I’m hoping they’ll reset it and we all have a learning experience, but we’ll see.

I also didn't get a pop-up, and would like to change calendars.

I did get a warning that stated that a calendar would be replaced by the selected calendar. The calendar shown was the one with the tie bomber shards, which I am currently farming. After selecting it, I got the other (gear) calendar. This was horribly misrepresented and needs to be remedied. 

Same here. Totally thought I was selecting the bomber calendar to overwrite the gear calendar and was a bit shocked when I saw that’s not what happened…

I still had the November bonus calendar available for 14 hours. 
I saw the warning and figured it would get rid of the November bonus calendar. 
It seemed like a holiday season gift, the extra calendar. I thought that was really cool of them to do.
And then.. yeah... the calendar I was really looking forward to was gone but November was still there.
To make matters worse... I'm a *. No, I'm not making fun of people with mental problems. I am a person with mental problems. And this F^#^#&^@@#^&@#%&@&@$&@$& game reminded me of that very much. 
Not just mental but physical, internal, intercranial.
I have always read the 1250 gem character packs as 50-350. I got Kyle Katarn $20 pack and with the gems got... the shard pack. I figured with at least 50 bonus I could upgrade him a lot.
And I got 10. I couldn't understand why but I thought it was because the gems were bought in a pack so were worth... less... like an idiot. In hindsight like an idiot. 
So I bought $10 worth of gems and did it again. 7 shards.
Then I looked and looked and finally saw it. It took a few minutes for me to realize it was 5-350, not 50-350. 

Between these two problems I almost uninstalled the game. My brother, who begged me to start playing, got me to keep playing. "Just don't uninstall you learned a lesson!"
Yeah. * thanks EA for reminding me what I've been told all my life is true. That I don't deserve to be alive. I hate EA so much. Predatory tactics and broken bugs. That's all EA knows how to do.
