Bought Raddus lightspeed bundle but only got crystals

For game Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes, I bought Raddus lightspeed bundle 4 hours ago, but I only got crystals in-game. I tried posting on the forum without any replies. Hope it got fixed soon because it really frustrates me.
