Yes it's pretty ridiculous that a clear error that is affecting multiple players is just completely being ignored... Leaves a bad taste in the mouth... I have also been reaching out to the in game support but not getting much from their either other then a message that they are aware of the fact that other people have been reporting the issue... The longer this goes on the more we fall behind...

Has anyone had any updated? Or has anyone had their shards? I’m still waiting despite raising multiple tickets in game. Just getting fobbed off being told they are aware of the issue.CG_Meathead please can you help?

No, nothing yet. This really suvks i hope they correct it and also compensate properly as I also lost additional shards because I could only do stage 3 despite spending over 10k crystals
