Bought the Journey Pack Error

Any help tried buying the new monthly journey pack in the website and purchased through paypal on the 5th. Came back as an error and now is holding those funds and wont fall off. It did let me purchase and complete the transaction in-game. 1st time poster anyway to tag EA directly.
