Broken no button issue with datacard

The same old no button issue is getting triggered when DR uses his lighting on their first turn with this datacard

Game won’t start properly
it says i have internet problems, i don’t, i have tried two different wi fis and mobile data, i have re-downloaded the game, it won’t go past this screen (on iphone)
