Can’t Buy last tier Conquest Ascención

The game get Bugged “loading “ trying to enter to buy last tier , I tried uninstalling game , restarting, also different devices , phone, iPad, and Pc Game,  same frustrating result, video attached ...

    Buddy now you can claim the ascension, form the right side of the screen above guild events, it works for me, don’t do it from store still not working
