I found a workaround for my problem.. I had permanent MDM settings that didn't allow me to turn on app data tracking for the SWGOH app. Due to this I was unable to migrate my account from Android to Apple because the Heroes app requires app data tracking to access their Facebook linking. I used someone else's iPad, logged them out of their Apple Game Center, logged in with my credentials. I then did the normal Facebook transfer to link my SWGOH account to Apple Game Center. With my SWGOH account now synced with Apple Game Center I was able to log into my personal device which was now linked properly.
