Hey everyone,
I can share with you some troubleshooting steps to try. Please make sure of the following:
- Your inbox isn’t full; it might help to delete old emails you no longer need.
- you checked the spam folder.
- you or your service provider haven’t blocked us.
- you’re logged in to the right EA Account and are checking the correct email inbox.
If you’re logged in to a different EA Account, your codes might go to a different email inbox.
If you’re still not getting your codes, look for a past email from ea@e.ea.com and allow images to be displayed. Then, try resending the code once more.
If too many codes have been requested, please stop requesting new codes and wait 90 minutes before trying again.

My mailbox is not full, the code is not in spam or promotions, I have not blocked the service. It still doesn't work, whereas the other days it worked fine.

It's obviously issue on your side, multiple ppl having issues with this and you are providing instructions which are clearly not helping, basic things like "full mailbox" and "check spam folder" everybody doing it before posting here. Check it and fix it from your side, it's unreal such a basic thing like receiving codes when log-in is not able to work properly ..... it's TB week we need it for HU and other things not just a webstore .....
