I would put my email address in to get the verification code from swgoh to log in to webstore but the emails never came. I tried many times. I checked all my spam folders etc. and nothing.
So I tried unlinking my account and I was going to relink my account to try fix the problem and now I can’t relink my account at all.
the in app help was useless as well.
anyone else had this issue and managed to find the solution?

I can share with you some troubleshooting steps to try. Please make sure of the following:
If you’re logged in to a different EA Account, your codes might go to a different email inbox.
If you’re still not getting your codes, look for a past email from ea@e.ea.com and allow images to be displayed. Then, try resending the code once more.
If too many codes have been requested, please stop requesting new codes and wait 90 minutes before trying again.

My mailbox is not full, the code is not in spam or promotions, I have not blocked the service. It still doesn't work, whereas the other days it worked fine.
All done. Nothing work. Yesterday worked good.

You can submit a support request without logging in by selecting Continue as a guest.
Have same issues with store. Been working normally just an hour ago. Cant log in to store anymore. Game works normally thou. Had to create a new acount here to report an issue
Hi. New account here, because my old one just doesnt send verification codes anymore. Was working fine this morning and still can access my game. But store is off limits. Checked everything. Deleted old emails. Tried to access this forum too, but nothing works, so had to create a new account to report my issue. Im reading, that im not the only one. Game still thinks that im conected to server and im. Just cant log in to store. Other email i used worked just fine, the one im using for fifa and other ea games, but swgoh just broke. It's obviously issue on your side, multiple ppl having issues with this and you are providing instructions which are clearly not helping, basic things like "full mailbox" and "check spam folder" everybody doing it before posting here. Check it and fix it from your side, it's unreal such a basic thing like receiving codes when log-in is not able to work properly ..... it's TB week we need it for HU and other things not just a webstore .....
