Can not log on to PC and my Phone is no longer supported.

I just tried logging on using my PC , which I've been doing for a while now, however I started getting the "Create a Account or Link a account" I check the "I've linked my account to this game" box click on continue but it just goes back to the "Create a Account " screen. 
Can you help me?
