I tried to open a ticket by following the "contact us" button but it does not appear to work.
I restarted my device, checked for updates, uninstalled the game and re-installed, logged out of EA and back in, cleared cache and cookies, changed Wi-fi, 5G etc... but still can't access
I am a bit scared because I spent a couple hundreds on this game over the years and would hate to loose my progress.
I know it has been an ongoing issue but Is there a SURE fix ?

Summarize your bug It is Error Code 3.0. It keeps making me restart the game and I cannot log in. It tells me to contact you but on the game messenger thing but that wont work after I give my name and email address which is very concerning that you guys have that information on me. I have missed out on bonus energy I was going to collect and possibly this Grand Arena.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure. I don't know anything about computers.

Summarize your bug 5/3/23 When starting up the game, once it says loading Cantina on the bottom, the game crashes and says to contact you or restart. Restarting does not help. Error code 3

I'm having the same issues and the in game ticket tool said that I would receive an in game notification once they receive the ticket. I can't login to access the notifications or my ally code though!
