Can't claim final character quest for CX-2
I have 330 character shards, but it won't let me claim the character quest that require just 325.

Same! But different... I restarted the game but the issue persisted.

I also have this same bug where I can't claim the 245 shard quest. The bug is also affecting the 295 and 325 shard claims for me as well.

Same issue. Apparently it's checking how many Appo shards you have rather than how many CX-2 shards you have. Nice, and on the omi reward too.

After going through 4 different chat agents all giving me different responses, I got another agent who said they fixed it and yet it's still not fixed. The EA in-game help is useless.
