Hi @Hodrokavli, have you tried switching to a different connection, such as switching from WiFi to Mobile Data? If that works, I suggest you restart your WiFi modem and router and restart your device.

    I have the game in multiple devices. I tried it in my phone a Samsung Galaxy S7 and got the same result 

    With the mobile connection 

    I'll reboot my modem also and see if it works
