Cantina Battle Data not giving proper rewards
Wanted to share that the final two Cantina battles: 8-F and 8-G aren't giving 2 pieces of data like they're supposed to they're actually only giving 1, screenshots attached

It shows the max drop of each material. You can get 0,1, or 2 per sim.
If they do that they'd be the only nodes in the entire game like that, that makes it seem way more likely that it's a big, even the third earlier data node gives 2 if it gives at all
It's like that almost everywhere. Any node that has any type of gear/relic materials shows the maximum amount you could get at a time, not a fixed amount. Case in point, Cantina nodes show a maximum of 2 pieces, so you could get, as hexen pointed out, 1 or 2 or even 0 pieces. As for the different types of Signal Data, think of them as being classified as common, rare, legendary, meaning that they have different drop rates - the first type of Data has the highest drop rates, so you're more than likely to get a good amount, the second is not as common but still has good drop rates, the third is supposed to be the hardest to get and so has the lowest drop rates. If you sim, let's say, 14 of each node, because of the drop rates you could get 24 pieces of the first type, 19 of the second, 10 of the third. As another example, I occasionally am able to sim some of the LS/DS nodes that give out, for example, Mk 12 Bayonets. But the drop rate, at least from what I've seen, for that gear piece is much lower than for Mk 7 Kyrotechs, so at most I could get 3 Bayonets vs. 7 Kyros. Aside from the Zeta battle, even daily challenges are like that.
TL;DR. It's not a bug. WAI.
