Hey, not sure if this is the place to post this? But I bought both the $30 and $75 Captain Silva packs and received none of the shards for him. First time that’s ever happened. How can I get this remedied lol. Ally code is 283-725-389
That happened to me too. I thought I didn’t get anything either, but it turned out that I got Vane shards instead. Trying to resolve this before day 1 ends. Not much hope with how the help works with this game.
EA QV TeamYou bought Vane bundles and not Silvo. Silvo's bundles are currently only available on PC and Webstore. You made your purchase on Apple
Well that is awful. I had already bought the Vane shards when they released. And have Vane at 7 stars. Why would he even still be in my store when I have him at 7 stars?
Is it even possible to get that reverted? I know it’s my mistake but As much money as I’ve spent on the pirates I’d rather not have to spend an additional $100+.
