Change of time stops my refreshes

My local time changed to daylight savings time, so to keep my energy refreshes and end of day at the same local time I changed the in game refresh time back an hour on my Android S22. Which worked for energy refreshes, but also did the following I'm not too pleased about:

• Somehow changed my game time back a day, so I couldn't do my 100 crystal refreshes of Cantina energy that I hadn't yet done for the day
• Set all my shipment refresh times to 24 hours ahead, so they haven't refreshed in more than 12 hours
• Dropped my available squad and fleet arena attempts to from 5 to 3 (which I'm assuming was the leftover from the previous day?) which meant I couldn't climb all the to no. 1 in fleet without spending crystals
• End of day didn't happen - my farming nodes haven't reset, normal and fleet challenges aren't refreshed, Galactic War isn't able to be completed. All of these have an expected refresh of 24 hours. 

All of which means I essentially lose a day of farming and daily rewards, and a days worth of signal data refreshes, for changing my end of day back an hour. Can someone help me to please correct that?
