Coaxium Heist not refreshing

Same here! It's been since the inquisitor lsb came out. I made it to rung 10 on the ladder and it hasn't refreshed ever since

There are a maximum number of refreshes. Stupid but true. I guess it is CGs way of telling you that you spend too much. 

Is this stated anywhere by EA or Capital Games? If people are making purchases expecting compensation as described, without any statement of limitations. And then Capital Games isn't providing compensation as described. This is beyond SCUMMY, it's potentially illegal depending on the jurisdiction.
