I successfully played SWTOR without any problems just before SWGOH launching. So poor internet connection is not the case. So the problem is on your side.
There was a time when it lasted half a day. I wasn't near PC to write about it. Else you've got this bug report a month earlier. =)))
I guess there may be some hardware maintenance. Why don't you make adequate message for those cases? Does your developers not competent enough to make it? Does they not competent enough to show one error window instead of two, one on top of the other?
Sorry for my English if I've made mistakes. )))
P.S.: There is little addition. I've successfully launched game when changed default language to English. This is not normal. Is it discrimination? ))
