Conquest Sector 4 Nightsister Kills
I just won a fight in sector 4 with the typical Merrin Nightsister team, but got no credit toward the Nightsister kills sector feat. Anyone else having this issue?

If they die from plague or dots from data disks, then they count as killing themselves. They have to die in your turn, as a result of an action from one of your characters to get a kill to count.
