Crystals instead of Darth Revan bundle

I purchased the Darth Revan Lightspeed bundle but was given crystals instead of the bundle. Would really like to get what I paid for. Ally code 596829968 Order number 1006080687290

I'm still waiting almost two weeks later. In game help is now leaving me on read as well.

Communication would be a great thing.
