Darth Revan Lightspeed bundle.

This is my third post in about two weeks. I purchased the Darth revan lsb and received crystals instead. I have reached out to EA and they are completely ignoring me and any message i send. I have seen others get helped with this and i want my find bundle. Here is proof of purchase and not having the characters.
