Did not receive Dark Side territory battle rewards

Product: Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes
Platform:Apple iPhone
What type of device are you experiencing the issue with? iPhone 6

What type of issue do you have? Missing Rewards
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug After the conclusion of the latest territory battle, I received an error code and was forced to restart my game, after which I got a session expired notification and was unable to enter for 5 minutes. When I was able to enter, I didn’t have a rewards message.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? N/a

    UPDATE

    These rewards should be populating across affected players accounts- hooray! Thank you to those who've not only been super patient while we addressed this, but also are posting that rewards have been acquired. We'll keep monitoring this as this rollout continues.

    Exactly the same thing happened to me. Ally Code 181-669-275. iPad running iOs 10. Second reward issue I've had in 3 days.

    My ally code for SWGOH is 139-114-533, on an iPhone 7 Plus iOS 11.1.2 I got the same error notice and was unable to log back without having the log out and log back into the Game Center and not rewards from the TB were available to be claimed

    Same problem here, guild mates got rewards but not me. Had some error on game startup which I got through after a restart. On iPhone X, latest iOS.

    I have the same problem. I got a restart and then no reward. We had 31 stars so far. Other guildmates have the same problem. Should we all open tickets now?
